Very pleased with the service received from Autumn, our sales person. She was knowledgeable and very helpful to us in choosing the right sofa. Overall, it was a very positive experience.nMy only concern had nothing to do with Autumn but with Lazy Boy policy. I have previously visited a show Room in Chicago and also had an excellent experience from the sales person there. I asked if the commission could be split between Autumn and the person in Chicago and was told that it was not possible to do so at Lazy Boy.

Apart from the time between order and delivery, we're extremely happy with the pieces we picked out, the Mackenzie Sofa & matching chair, and the Charlotte High Leg Reclining Chair. The in-store selection and ordering process was handled by Destiny in an unrushed and professional manner, answering all our questions and offering suggestions that made the process painless. The quality of craftsmanship of the pieces is excellent and the detailing impeccable. Delivery was handled professionally, with care and courtesy, from notification that the pieces were ready for delivery, setting up a delivery date and delivery window, through the actual delivery. Well done!
