Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Very unprofessional! You make appointments only for them to keep calling you the day before your appointments to tell you they have to cancel your appointment. They don’t try to accommodate you and try to squeeze you in for a sooner date. You’ll get another appointment 1 month later, (or longer) only for them to cancel again. I work on the weekdays so I keep missing money messing with this place. Not to mention, when you do get there on time, you’re waiting for a hour to see the dentist. My husband, mom, sisters and their children switched to another dentist after going to universal dental for years and I’ll be doing the same. I will NEVER go back to this place. They’re nothing like they use to be.

I literally love coming here, I asked to get braces on February 5th and officially got them on February 19th. They get what they need to get done really fast which is why I’ve been coming here for over 10 years!! I would definitely recommend coming here if you guys are looking for a new dentist office to attend to.

I went there for a check up and cleaning. The service was very good. Ask for Dema to do your teeth cleaning: she does an excellent job.

I went in for my wisdom teeth extraction for my braces since my orthodontist requested it. My orthodontist took an X-ray after the surgery was done and told me terrible news. He told me that they had taken out the WRONG TOOTH. Instead of taking out my wisdom tooth, they took out my 12 year molar. It was a perfectly good and strong tooth that I needed. They took it took instead of my wisdom tooth. I now have many more complications with my teeth that are very costly because of their MASSIVE MISTAKE due to their inattentiveness, carelessness, and wrecklace behavior. If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would.
