Ken was professional the entire process from first walking in to the day of my wedding when I had to make some last minute alterations! This place was hands down the most professional and best pricing in the area! I recommend this place to anyone looking for great pricing on rentals and best customer service!
Absolutely terrible experience. Not only were are suites delayed till the date of the wedding but everyone's suites were baggy and loose. Ruin the wedding. Avoid this place
TERRBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!nWe all looked like clown with oversized suits. Out of 18 guys, 3 guys had the right size. Everyone else look funny. The whole group had no confidence in what we look like.nSo many better options in Chicago, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
