Went into store today a(OrlandtOrland ParkwPark IL) 2 employees at the front register and neither even bothered to awknowledge that we even came in. We went there to buy Levi's, we already knew we were going to buy. I found some shorts I was going to buy and went back to the register to inquire what waist sizes does the 4x cover. I was told that they will give me a tape measure to find out!! I asked again and was told my wife could measure me. I know my size, I was inquiring what sizes the shorts covered. No answer so I put the shorts back and went to Oak Brook and spent $200.00 . All shopping for my clothes will be done online through a company that actually cares about our business.
It's was fine. Typical DXL, prices too high. I only go when I have coupon. They weren't willing to give me a discount on a winter jacket. It's probably been sitting there for 9 months. Don't care for their business model.
NICE PLACE TO SHOP FOR BIG MEN, VERY NICE SELECTION OF CLOTHES FOR BIG MAN KINDA ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE BUT OTHER THAN THAT VERY NICE PLACE.
