In the past I loved stopping in because I would always find a great toy for the kids but I went in today and the toy selection was all junk to say the least. I had few toys myself to sell and they wanted to buy one toy but only part of the toy. This was a Fischer price toy that came with blocks but the cashier said the “buyer” didn’t want them. I said well they go together you can just have them. Still no... decided to take my item back and donate instead so the toy can stay intact. I had two other toys in great condition I thought they would want and in much better conditions then their current stock. Also a no. It was quite a waste of time and will unfortunately no longer visit this store. I can see why they have a low selection of toys ... buyers aren’t buying the toys.

I've come back here a few times to sell clothes and I honestly don't know why I do. I literally leave feeling like I've been robbed. They take expensive, unworn items and give pennies for them. If I hadn't sent my husband this last time, I would have taken it all back and said forget it. They also separate outfits and only take pieces of them which makes it harder to sell what they don't take elsewhere. The compensation is nowhere close to fair. And oddly they often don't take some of the nicest things. Yet, I see ratty and very used clothing on the racks. You can definitely make a lot more selling on Facebook market. It just takes a little longer.

I’ve been coming here for years buying & selling. I’ve never ran into any problems with this location until lately. The past two times I’ve brought in stuff to sell, both times they told me they couldn’t buy anything because it needs to be freshly laundered. “Bring it back freshly laundered and were definitely going to buy some stuff” they said. So about a month later after I freshly laundered and folded everything I packed it in my tote and brought it in to be sold. I had to leave the tote there for a few days as they were running behind. That wasn’t a problem. The problem arose when they proceeded to tell me the exact same thing they told me last time when I came back in to pick up my tote 4 days later “Unfortunately we cannot buy any items, but bring it back freshly laundered and we will buy some stuff” to which I replied “I did freshly launder it but okay” I will only be shopping at the crest wood location from now on. They have never turned my items away because “they needed to be freshly laundered” I am not a dirty person and I have no pets and do not smoke cigarettes so I find the experience at OUAC Orland park to be offensive as of lately and I’m fed up.

First time today going to this store to sell 2 big full bags of clothes my baby only wore like twice and 2 new shoes that he never wore from The Children’s Place, I still had to wait for at least 3 hours so they can pick, I go back they keep the bouncer, the brand new shoes, and only a few pair of clothes, only got $18 back and our bags are all badly ripped open, not worth the time we waited plus they overpriced everything so they make more profit. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ‼ufe0f

I love this store always find clothes at reasonable prices. I go here for my newborns and get lots of clothes. This is like Walmart I always go in and spend more than what I wanted to but it’s worth it. I love this place.
