Just ordered two sausage croissants with cheese through the drive thru. Got home to find the croissants hard as a rock. Called to let them know. No one answered the phone. After five attempts to call, I gave up. I will never ever go back to this store. How do businesses get away with customer service like this? Why do people continue to go back? I’m done.
The Duncan at 1 3029 LaGrange Highway and Palos Park is the most efficient and cleanest place I've ever been. Great service, great food and a wonderful experience. Definitely five star.
I've ordered bagels a few times from their drive through, not toasted. 90% of the time, they are hard as a rock and burnt. I even contacted Dunkin Corporate, who said they'd have the management contact me, but they never did. I will not be going back to this Dunkin ever again.
Frankie is the best! He provides great customer service, always has a smile on his face & always makes my coffee perfect! 10/10!
Most workers just do bare minimum, get orders wrong, and act unfriendly when you ask them to fix it.
