Typical BWW
Awful service. Ordered on the mobile app 2 hours before close. They locked the doors and wouldn't answer the drive thru. I got charged in the app and paid for nothing. Never got my order.
Worst DD in the area. Drinks are always inconsistent. Cappuccino blasts are always crunchy. Had the worst cup of coffee i've ever had here today. It must have been sitting on the burner all morning. The DD on 156th and Harlem is so much better, one of the best around.
Always has my order correct and if there is a line it goes rather quickly - also affords electronic pay
The French crullers where falling apart but the rest of the donuts we ordered were fine. Coffee was also fine.
