So my lady, my son & I decided to come to this Cold Stone for ice cream which was good & took 2 minutes to prep (got this time duration from the clerk herself). What got me was the clerk asked that I wait outside even with a mask on until my order was ready. While I sat outside eating in the car a woman of different ethnicity came in & made a order & was allowed to wait inside for her order. All I want to know is what makes me so different that I had to wait outside for an order that’ll take 2min while this other woman was allowed to wait inside.
I don't normally care much for ice cream or custard but this was delicious.

As stated in a previous review by someone else my wife and I were told to wait outside while another couple who were a different ethnicity were allowed to wait inside as well. Worse for us was they got the order wrong and took forever to make a smoothie and a small signature ice cream. If this is how people of different ethnicity's are being treated here management should do something about this immediately. Do not know how old whoever was in charge but seemed to be teenagers I am going to call corporate and put in a greivance
Can't even make a cake properly. I asked for devils food cake and I get vanilla .Its chocolate! The manager was rude and demanding he put it in there. Very unprofessional. Will never return
