This is a tough review. Saw the commercial 2 pairs of glasses for $69.99 plus free eye exam. Please be aware this only applies to the cheapest frames and lenses w no enhancements. If your vision is bad like mine my cost came to $700 up from $69.99. After I declined I still owed $70 for the exam. I asked to purchase just one pair which came to $425 cause I broke the 2 pair promise. I left with no glasses and a 70 dollar prescription on paper. BEWARE. Great customer service though☹
All negative reviews seem like entitled karens. I been coming here for years and they've had very good staff working there, and glasses at affordable prices. You cant expect to get 2 pairs of designer glasses with all add ons for 69.99. Its obvious you'll have to pay more for what you want to add certain options, they helped and and explained in detail every cost and how the promotion worked. The only thing is at the streamwood, Il location they care more to make sells than help customers. They sold me a pair of glasses that was for a kid recommended by tbeir employee
Horrible service! Unorganized and unprofessional. Called ahead of time to order contacts. When I got there to pick them up I still had to wait 45 minutes for them to get them. Three associates “tried” to help but ended up passing me to another associate. Overall bad experience.
The manager Franceli Aquielera is very rude and doesn't know what she is doing. I will never bring any of my family back and DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL. If I could give a zero I would. She lied and Disrespected my mother and I. Everyone else that helped us was nice but her. One bad apple can ruin it all. And she's definitely a rotten apple with a rotten attitude. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning.
Any time you come here you’ll be waiting at least an hour for no reason at all. Crew is all over the place and take forever for the slightest request. Worst service and operations ever.
