Location is very convenient. This location is clean. Some of the lights weren't working at first. The young lady said they were working on them, she did not lie. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always greeted with a smile. Affordable.
I came in to see a few sizes of rooms since I will be moving and the young lady at the desk (who’s name I learned was Ashley) seemed be be learning sign language. She explained she just had a couple who rented who were deaf and she wanted to be able to communicate with them without complications. It’s nice to see someone who is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Renting here was a good idea.
First time using Public Storage, and Ashley helped me throughout the process by making it quick & easy. She was very polite and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a storage unit.
I called and spoke with a nice lady by the name of Ashley. I had some rather odd questions about the units themselves and pricing, she was very professional and kind! She helped me decide on what size unit I would need to store my husband's toys that he oh so adored and she made me feel as if she was going to personally make sure his things were safe and secure (although I know she cant stay there 24/7). Thank you Ashley for helping me! see you soon to get into our unit! :)
The store manager, he went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for my unit, after I'd been paying way too much under other managers. I had written this review 11 months ago -- but found Google had attached it to a Public Storage in California!
