I have to say, from start to finish, StorageMart provides GREAT SERVICE! Kathy in MO took my call 1st to locate my nearest site in IL. Not only did she easily walk me through all the necessary steps, options, etc. to help me make a decision, but I felt like I was speaking with a friend I've known forever. When I got to the facility I was promptly and warmly greeted, they were expecting my arrival, my 1st month was FREE as promised and my 10x15 unit was clean and presentable. I believe there is a clearly elevated experience doing business with StorageMart! Great work everyone!

I had a unit at this location for 7 months and it perfect in every way. It was clean, new and temperature controlled so all my stuff was in perfect condition during this harsh winter time. Also the customer service was exceptional. Emil was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this place in Bartlett area!!!!

Clean and great access to the unit. Also the manager on site is very helpful. The price is great in town as well. I highly recommend this place!

This is the SECOND season that I've stored a vintage luxury vehicle at my nearest StorageMart and what I like best (and why I've not checked out other options) is THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was helped by Emil and he went the extra mile to help me. He helped to guide my parking into the unit- I couldn't have done it without him.

StorageMart at IL Routes 59 and 20 has been my location preference for a number of years. Not just for location, but primarily for their customer service and professionalism. Also the facility is clean and very accessible. Their facility has spaces to accommodate various storage needs, and their prices are competitive. I am a very satisfied customer.
