Beautiful nature

Love it!
This is part of a large network of forrest preserves with wonderful hiking. Terrain is relatively flat to rolling. There are both long and short trails. Some are paved and others mowed and they link so you can route your hike. Trails are well marked. Pick up or download a map because some are longer than others
I came on December before Christmas to this forest preserve and there were gun shots everywhere from the lowest of humans called hunters.nnHow unpleasant for people that love nature and wildlife to have to listen to their killing weapons.nKilling defenseless animals for fun.nnTherefore one star to this preserve for allowing such actions in their preserve.
