Took 3 pies home. Very good but I bet it is better at the restaurant. Super easy curbside pickup and the girl that brought out the food was nice and patient.
One of my favorites in all of Chicago. We recently relocated to the area and have had excellent service for pickup curbside. We will try dinning in at some point. Great service, friendly and accurate. I had one order that the dessert was left off the pickup and they couldn't apologize enough for doing it. Love the place and the feel of the service team. Looking forward to dinning in! I would give them 10 stars if it were a option!
Food was good but service can improve. Had to get up and ask for help. While employees were talking at the register with each other. Was going to call store and let them know we needed assistance.
I love Giordano's. When people ask about my favorite place I say Giordano's. My local place in Streamwood however is not a good example of what I have expected in the past.nLots of kids working so that means management needs to be too notch, but they are not.nYoung lady on the phone had no clue about menu. She had to ask about every question.nChicken parm was horrible. Chicken over cooked and burnt. Sauce tasted like nothing.nThat was my most recent pick up order.n2 months prior dined in. Servers were lost. Pizza crust was not it's usual best.nWhen I really want Giordano's I will drive 20 minutes to Schaumburg location....maybe.nnUPDATE: I went back this weekend, 3yrs later and ordered $90 worth of pizza for my daughters birthday. The quality was not up to the standards I expected. Thin crusts but cheese was so thick. What happen to the pizza?. It was just bad. Damn I was looking forward to the pizza.
Great Pizza. People are so nice,helpful and friendly. Cant wait for dine in . Nice atmosphere.
