Went here for a bridal show. Had a great time. Location was near to a lot of shops and restaurants.
Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. They gave me a list of restaurants in the area that were still open in the current conditions and if they were dine in or pickup only. The room was clean and the hotel allowed you to experience the pool or workout equipment. You just had to make reservation. It was a nice getaway.
My main reason why I gave them four stars is because they didn’t bother you at check out. They were courteous and kind and they treated you like family

Awful. They have pool bar and restaurant just for show. Pool open but lied saying one family at a time but Everytime I looked pool was empty. I finally made her let me in and stayed 2 hours til 10 pm til guy told me and my 4 yr old to leave . even tho she told do me to only stay 20 min til the next slot 8 pm was taken ... No slots its a scam. Nobody else came by all day to swim but the day was booked up... Lol. What. She was very rude.
