This place is great! the staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped me with a property tax reduction form and looked up a property pin for me and made getting a pasport a pleasant experience. I'm glad i found this place. Most definately would recomend this place. They are an asset to rhe township and a model for other townships. thank you for all your help including Peggy Deyne CIAOnDeputy Assessor.

I'm a real estate attonrey and I cannot tell you how AMAZING this township assessor's office is! The people there are smart, they know just about everything there is to know about the Cook Co and township assessor practices and policies, AND they're absolutely lovely people to deal with. Who on earth could ask for more? And you may think it odd that I'm gushing about something as work-a-day as a township assessor team, or prehaps that I'm being sarcastic, but not at all. As a real estate attonrey, I have to deal wtih all manner of municipal, county and township offices, and it's one of my least favorite chores. So when there's a bright spark of intelligence and grace in such an organization, it literally makes me happy any time I need to work with them. There are so few truely lovely customer service experiences, a place like this is a paradise in the midst of my otherwise increasingly gray workdays. Hanover Township team, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Your helpfulness and fantastic customer service truly make you stand out. I deeply appreciate every interaction I've had with your team over the years. And I hope the constituants of your township recognize and appreciate how good they have it lol. Thanks!

Called ahead about getting passport, receptionist very pleasant, went in the following Monday. Joan at front desk nice as could be took care of things, sent me to passport area. Once again so nice and quick wasn’t even in the building ten minutes and I was out the door!

Even though they have remodeling going on staff was so nice, receptionist lady made sure I had everything I needed before sending me to the place to have my passport processed. They also do pictures here but it's probably better to just use your own if you can, they aren't bad pictures but I'm picky. It was a really quick visit, didn't realize applying for a passport was this easy, 20 min tops.

To front desk and passport service, Not very friendly people. Unwilling to help. One question, one answer. No explanations and not willing to give any other information.
