This exact facility has been charging my card every month with random charges ranging from $25 to $95 every MONTH!!! Even after i completed my full contract term i had to pay a fee to break the contract even though i payed and waited the full term of the contract. Now there still charging me every month. I’m happy my wife caught this. I had to get a new card from my bank. This placed needs to be SHUT DOWN. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I was struggling with making it to the gym. Working two jobs and just couldn’t make it before closing. Now I don't rush or have to think about it. Everything I need and more. Professional staff and everything is so organized and clean. Will never go to another gym. Don't have to. I work out at all times of the day and night. 5 ⭐ufe0f all day

Just walked into this gym location on 3/15/2021. No one was wearing a mask, not even the staff. I’m very disappointed in this gym. I go to the one in streamwood and everyone complies with the mask policy. I will never come to this establishment. No excuses! This is another reason why we keep going into lockdown!

STAY AWAY! This place has been charging my card even though my account has been canceled. the manager needs to be replaced, should not be allowed to talk to clients. EXTREMELY TEMPER-MENTAL and abrasive. Poor management and staff. PLEASE STAY AWAY - this gym needs to be closed down.

Unprofessional staff. I no longer use this gym so I called and emailed them asking about cancellation and of course they dont answer or respond. I called and emailed today as well and finally got a response from them saying that they only accept appointments for cancellations on Mondays. Like HELLO, People work too on Mondays. I then asked what is the alternative way to cancel and the lady told me that they can do it thru e-mail but takes about 90 days. I have used other gyms in the past and this gym is the only one that gave issues. When I asked her if she can send me the form so I can fill it out and send it to them, she was like oh yeah we can send it to you tomorrow. Like you do know today is Monday (your cancellation day). Advice to anyone thinking about joining this gym, stay away. Also expensive and low quality staff.
