Jessica and Samantha went over and above my expectations when I transferred my phone from Sprint to T-Mobile. Their willingness to help was amazing! They knew exactly how to help me get everything straightened out. Such a relief after struggling for days on line and with the 800 number that kept sending me to Sprint after my number had been migrated to T-mobile. I am so thankful for their help. I highly recommend the Bartlett store team.
Last week, I went to the T-Mobile store in Bartlett, because I unfortunately lost my cell phone. The store was very busy but Chris greeted everyone who entered the store and told them that they would be waited on shortly. Chris was patient, understanding and very organized. He explained everything clearly and had a phone picked up from another location. Samantha processed all the paperwork and she made sure everything was filled out correctly. Samantha was very pleasant and thoughtful.
Chris is the best. Excellent people's skill. Purchased 4 I phones and four lines of service without any hiccups.
I called several stores. This was the only store that offered to order or find the device I needed. Very pleasant and helpful
Chris and Maribel are 2 people who have helped me at this location. They were over the top. I appreciate all the time they have spent helping me make the transition from another carrier to T-Mobile.
