Went in towards the end of the day to return an online order and pick another order up. The two sales associates were so friendly and kind. I was able to try on my online order and when one item did not work out, the associate was able to find me an alternative right away. They took their time to explain the sales prices and additional discounts available. Social distancing was being followed and hand sanitizer was available - I never felt uncomfortable in the store.

I was greeted right away as I walked in. I asked to be fitted and the lady that helped me was very nice. She helped me and gave me many different options. She was very helpful, friendly and quick with bringing me what I was looking for. Great experience and glad I decided to go in. Also had a great bra sale going on. The lady that helped me also was able to order me more bras and have them shipped at no charge.

Please update your website. Store hours are listed as open at 10am. After a 30 minute drive you your location, store is closed not open until 11am. Poor customer service ud83dude14

Went in to store to have a professional fitting. Bought 3 full price bra's that were in my size. Took tags off at home to wear the following week. BIG mistake just not the same fit. Tags off; no return. Hand washed 1st bra and gently tried to reshape. Nope! Needed to go to fabric store & buy extenders. Ordered on line next sizing same style, even worse/smaller. Then it became too long to return. Tried to order a different style...well let's say I'm not a Soma fan & leave it at that. The store is pretty, the staff generally young & inexperienced. The store is in a plaza and parking is close to building. Those are the good things.
