They decreased their hours and you can't get accurate information. They don't know how stuff works. I tried to use the app and since they can't help me either, I still have to go into a branch. I might have to switch banks. They used to be better in service and knowledge.

It was bad because they didn’t even help me with anything I put in a schedule and the bankers seems they don’t know what there doing they just keep repeating what I say to them I was asking about my credit card. They just keep repeating what I say in other words like what? They don’t help at all

I just went there. I only needed the account number and the routing number from my account that has my son's name on it too. This was only to give those numbers to my son's employer's for direct deposit. My son is 17 and they said they nedded my son to give me that. So, I left the place and got the account number and routing number myself from my app. I guess when you need something just quick I need to do it myself!

They are refusing exchanging money at the drive tru widndow because it takes to much time. Unprofessional lady working at that station, yelling at the customer and telling them to come inside. I will also do official complaint at chase.com.

Phone support told me they cant fix my issue, so come to a local branch. I came in yesterday and they said I needed to make an appointment. So I made an appointment for the next day, and when I arrived today, I was told the person my appointment is scheduled with isn't there, sounded like they were on vacation. Didn't notify/give me a call, otherwise I would've rescheduled for a different time. Too much wasted time with my issue at chase that isn't even being caused by me - their system keeps automating an issue and messing up my account. Thanks for appreciating my time, Chase!
