Stopped by and ordered through the drive thru. The staff was friendly but the iced coffee was not coffee at all.. It tasted like water with pure creamer and sugar. I’m not sure if they tried watering down there coffee or if they even added any coffee. And I was too far to go back and ask them to remake it. Make sure to taste your coffee before you leave the plaza I guess.
This Dunkin’ is in my direct route to work but I’d rather go out of way to go to the one on Lake Street just to avoid this place. Every coffee is drastically different even though I order the same one just about every day. They don’t take the time make sure the food is make the right way. Ex: they don’t season the snackin bacon like they should, they just give you bacon in a pouch. Or my bagel is always burnt. Major thumbs down!
Perfect cup of coffee every time. No need to ask them to go easy on the cream and sugar they put the perfect amount
Made a mobile order. Missed one of my items and did not prepare my bagel like I asked. It’s not that difficult to follow simple instructions that THEY OFFER.
