Horrible! The students that work the counter are awesome and nice but the people that run it, Enterprise Services are terrible and don't care about the students. Every single semester so far I've been without my books before the start of classes because of their ineptitude.
Incredibly disappointed. When I first ordered my books, I selected in store pick up for Monday. When I got there my books were not ready. I sent an email to see when they would be. The lady (milano-hightower) that responded said that she would do free two day shipping. I sent her an email on the Sunday before the quarter started saying that my books hadnt arrived....They never got shipped. I checked in multiple times, and got no response until well into the 1st week of the quarter, where I was informed that I would need to come pick them up. She had never shipped them, never planned to, never even let me know.
Highly overpriced and less then part return value. Bought a $200 book only to cash it in for $5. Total ripoff.
