I wanted to purchase from short furniture in Shelbyville, Illinois. I found the one I wanted but did not want the one on the floor. They claimed they would order it for me. After couple weeks or more, I went in to check on it. I was told the sofa on the floor was sold. It was not on the floor. Then I was told there was one on the truck that the lady said she didn’t know it came. They delivered the sofa. I know it was the one from the floor because the thread on one part of it was loose. I was also charged $20 for delivery but the lady told me they don’t charge for this service and that she would send me a check for that amount. I have yet to see the check. That will be my last purchase at Short Furniture.

Great company but a little expensive, they are great people that work their and want to work with you and will help you with all your furniture needs and they do repairs also. They will even help you customize your furniture! Beautiful pieces and all around great shop
