Have imos shipped to Florida through goldbelly. Best thing ever! They come in pre made, frozen & taste just like home. Nothing compares to Imos pizza

We order from the same location every week and 2-3 times a week!nMost times the service is great as is the food BUT today’s order was horrible!!!nI have no idea what happened but the salad was watery as was the pizza ( we order the same pizza each time).nI called to ask for a new salad and the person that answered was a bit snippy but said he would send out a new salad.nAs we were going to take some pizza slices it was soupy and the crust was gooey as if some liquid had gotten on the pizza. So I called back and said I was sorry but we would need a new pizza and described what was wrong with the one we had.nThe gentleman got even more snippy and blamed it on the veggies and told us to order a different pizza and that the same pizza maker was the one he’d had for years and sounded like he thought we should just “suck it up”.nthis forest park MO. Location is normally very customer service geared and I was shocked at his attitude towards us as a customer.nVery disappointed in this location.
I ordered a pizza from the Sikeston MO franchise on Oct 24, 2020. When I sat down, I could see the cook working on my pizza was sweating and breathing on my pizza. No one in the kitchen was wearing a mask. For that reason I refused my order but was charged 15.03 anyway. The Sikeston store is a shabby mess. I will never buy another pizza from any of your franchises.
