I live on O’Fallon MO. There are no businesses in that area that caters to black hair care. I read earlier reviews, and they are all good. The employees are friendly, courteous, helpful, honest, and very professional. I drove 30 miles to this establishment, and I will definitely do it again. I love it! Thank you so much.nCrissandra

I usually have a wonderful experience here. The store is always clean and the staff is always fun and professional. However, today the owner had the nerves to question a relative and I about our religious beliefs.nnPlease keep in mind to do so and involve others is rude and unprofessional. Your customers won't and don't have to believe as you do. I don't think we'll be going back.

I’m so pleased with my experience at Grand wigs this was my first wig and I love it. They took their time and tapered the hair, I must admit I was skeptical at first because I’m use to wearing my own hair but they made me feel very comfortable.
