Ann’s a true professional when it comes to what she does. Coning from a background of education & someone that would benefit from yoga herself. It’s amazing how she puts so much a personal & caring touch on sessions with her clients. As soon as this pandemics over. I’ll be visiting her because I suffer from chronic pain and need help.
Ann is a miracle worker. She is patient, encouraging, and all around fantastic. She will help even the least qualified fall in love with yoga.
Ann does a beautiful job of understanding exactly where you are in your practice, what specific needs you may have and is able to customize and adjust to you specifically. She is compassionate, fun and makes yoga a pleasure
This was my first time doing yoga in a long time. Ann made me feel right at home. She not only knew my limitations but also how far to push me. I walked out feeling like a million buck. I can't wait for my next session.
