Naarah is a great trainer and is super fun and nice. Her old business partner... not so much.
I dunno.nnI’m not 100% sure what this place is. No one returns voicemails or answers the phone. It’s right near my work so stopped in one lunch break, no one there but the building or spaces landlord. Is it even real?
Exceptional gym, ignore the old comment that was just for the old partner owner the new owner is by herself and the gym is so much better. And if the bad comments are new, thats just trolls dont listen to them go try it out for yourself before you trust their judgement
Naarah Pyscher is an incredible trainer. She trains our whole family. She is a world champion power lifter and is the person other trainers go to for help with their form. But I think her best asset is how great she is with people that are new to working out and those (like me) that struggle with injuries and pain. She is also a certified physical therapy and I guarantee she knows more about the human body and how to get results even when dealing with injuries/pain than any trainer you’ve ever met. I highly recommend Naarah and Apollo Fit.
Very knowledgeable well respected powerlfitng coaches, but will come into other gyms to do freelance personal training, which makes no sense when they have there own gym?nnBoth have been in the fitness industry for many years and know how trainers/coaches struggle to make business, bringing you're own clients in and keeping all the profit while the primary trainers who get charged rent to use the equipment every month is beyond disrespectful.nnKnowledge might be there, but poor business practice and core values.
