I am split down the middle on how to review Artifox. I think the items I have purchased have been great. I love my desk as it performs great. My challenge falls with the quality of the finishing and shipping.nnMy first desk top had burnished marks on it from the protective ends of the cardboard packaging. After many weeks a second top was sent with the same issue even though steps were taken to alleviate the problem. I have been waiting for a third top for an extended period of time. Communication is a challenge as follow up is either delayed or has be initiated by me. Shipping dates are missed with no communication.nnFive months have passed since ordering and there is no resolution to the problem. There is an understanding of the challenges we face in our current situation, but this goes beyond those challenges. When you are told you are a priority, that should mean something. It should not mean that after five months you do not have a satisfactory solution to a problem. This is not an inexpensive desk and 22 weeks is a considerable about of time to be waiting.nnDesign and intent 4/5 stars. Delivery and follow through 0 stars

Unbelievable craftsmanship and design, easily the best desk on the market. The team is really responsive when you need anything and they run their business with integrity. It's great to have another awesome company grown here in St. Louis.
