The majority of staff was friendly, helpful, and non pushy! You could tell they enjoyed having guest (shout out to Sharon in the kitchen staff and a very friendly young brunette at the front desk). Everything still seemed super new which is ALWAYS amazing! When booking we compared to the other hotels and the 1 air bnb in the area and all seemed similar priced. Definitely will stay again.
The stay here for my family was excellent. Very clean and cozy. Customer service is a plus and all the amenities at a very affordable price.
This hotel is updated, nice and on the surface, seems to have invested heavily in COVID-19 safety: Rooms are disinfected and sealed between guests, there are signs mandating masks on every entrance and on the elevator, food service is to-go only, etc. Great.nnSo why the 1-star? Because NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WEARS A MASK - not the desk people, not the maintenance guy, not the maids, NOBODY, which renders all of the safety precautions they do have entirely worthless. I don't know why pretending to take this seriously seemed like a good idea, but it isn't. If you value your safety, I suggest you stay somewhere else.
This hotel is very nice. The rooms are big. Nice big bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. Quiet. People are nice. They have breakfast stuff every morning. Nice place to stay.
