KMC of UTAH (Professional Painters)

DO NOT use this company. We had so many problems with Kevin Poor attention to detail, unreliable as to when he says he will be at your house. Paint is already chipping. Very sketchy crew. His price will be less, but it’s not worth the headache. We have now hired a better company to come in and fix his mistakes. Workmanship like this should not be tolerated. See attached photos

Kevin’s attention to detail is quite literally second to none. My experience with this company has been nothing but outstanding professionalism, and his estimate was half of the other guys that I checked with before settling with KMC. The total amount due was also guaranteed to not exceed the estimate. I paid the EXACT amount of the estimate. To say that I am more than pleased with his company’s work is putting it quite lightly.

DO NOT hire KMC of Utah. Worst mistake we have made thus far on building our house. He originally seemed very professional- had a contract- a warranty- and seemed like a very stand up guy. We were made promise after promise about when the work would be done and when painters would be at the house. They no-showed us multiple times leaving us scrambling to reschedule multiple other subs. When I called with frustration, I was given more empty promises. When painters finally did come- the work was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Almost nothing had been caulked around the exterior of our home and what had been caulked was very poorly done and needed to be re-done. They oversprayed ALL OVER our soffit on our roof, there were drips, you could still see the primer through the one coat of paint they sprayed (they were supposed to do two coats), grey was oversprayed onto the white areas and white was sprayed onto the grey areas. They also had smeared paint all over the dumpster that we were renting that we personally had to go and clean off ourselves. It was extremely sloppy and unprofessional. I tried sooo many times to contact him and his secretary, work with them and be understanding. After over a month of getting jerked around and lied to- we ended up having to hire someone else to come and fix all of their mistakes and finish that job that was so poorly done. This is one of the worst experiences we have had with a subcontractor.

Kevin does the best job at kitchen cabinet painting. He attends to every detail and turns an old kitchen new again. The paint looks sharp.

Did an amazing job painting my cabinets and a few bedrooms in my house! I would totally recommend KMC!!
