These guys are excellent to work with. They helped me find the stone I wanted, and when it came in, they pulled it out of a pile of slabs so I could see it, then they let me pick the best grain and direction for the piece of my counter that shows the most. Excellent to work with, very friendly, from estimate and measure, to slab and layout, and then the installers who did perfect work on seams and installation.

Overall, I'm happy with the product and value of working with Immaculate. They did two bathroom surrounds and our kitchen counters.
Yes, there could be some enhancements to communication and expectations, but when I requested a couple minor changes, they took care of it in a timely manner.

Absolutely incredible experience. First off, I compared Immaculate to countless competitors (Evolution, Home Depot, Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops etc.) and not only did they have the best price, but also had BY FAR the best customer service. Emily and Mackenzie were great. I got a quote from them same day I put in a request, sight unseen, and the quote never changed. They didnt have exactly the countertop design/color that I wanted, and they searched for days to find it for me no extra charge. Once we found it, it was cut and installed a few days later! The sink I provided was unique and required some modifications to fit my existing cabinets, again no complaints or extra charge. After the install, I was concerned about a gap between the sink and the countertops, I called and explained and they were there the next day to look at it. Even went so far as to build a more secure custom brace for it. Quite literally one of the most impressive experiences I have had dealing with a business! Thank you thank you.
We loved working with Immaculate on our new build. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole process so smooth. They did the quartz countertops in our kitchen and 5 bathrooms and everything turned out so beautiful. We couldn't have been happier with everything -- from the design process, selecting the product that would be best for us, and install.
