I'm actually a technician at Specialized. I've worked at a few different pest control companies and Specialized is by far the best as far as wanting to help the customer taking care of their technicians and providing a service that is what it says it will be. This is where I work, there aren't any secret marketing schemes just honest good service, I'd recommend them to anyone.
Always on time. Always thorough. Always completes the task asked. Always achieves results hoped for. Other companies in the Valley I have used have failed in all the above ways, but not Specialized!
We have used Specialized for the last six years. We are very happy with their service. We used to get really big spiders in our basement, but we don't have that problem anymore. Our house backs up to a creek but the treatment keeps the pests away. They call before they come and the representatives act professionally.
I called a few different places and left messages. Specialized was the only one to return my call and in a very timely manner. We needed their service fast and they were able to come very quickly. The tech that arrived was very kind, listened to our concerns, and gave us advice and support. We plan on using specialized for all our pest and lawn care.
Our grass looks better than it ever has. We can walk across our lawn without hurting our feet! We've had some problems with one of our trees and they have been extremely helpful trying to get it back to normal. I always appreciate the heads up when they are coming, as well as the feedback on any areas that need special attention.
