I went in to have eyelash extensions. The original person I booked with left, so I accepted another appointment with a different tech. She was extremely nice, however it took almost 2.5 hours and the lashes started following off that very same day. 1 week later and I barely have any of the lashes left. Not at all happy with the results. I doubt I will go back.
I have my nails done at the salon with Bella. She gives great attention to detail and my polish lasts. I have been going to her for quite some time and will continue to patronize her business. A+ rating!
The lash tech was okay and friendly. It was the receptionist, Taylor, who was rude. She did not have good customer service and tried to tell me that o couldn’t use my groupon based off of information she didn’t know. Groupon also offers this coupon specifically for their location.
Taylor is fabulous and takes her time. Very detailed to your needs. Thank you.
