Shopping for furniture at Ashley Furniture in Edwardsville, IL was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The storeroom was well stocked with the variety of items we were looking for and getting to a good deal was very easy. I felt like the sales force wanted to earn our business and worked with us to get us exactly what we needed. Overall I was highly impressed with this store!!

i found the perfect furniture for my house with the wonderful help of Randi Wiggins! she had so much patience helping me find just the right kind of chair. she was also a lot of fun and we laughed a lot during the process. i would recommended Randi if you are going to the Edwardsville, IL store to shop and have a great time!!

We just had a great experience at Ashley! The salesperson was super helpful and she took the time to get us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision! There was absolutely no pressure from her to purchase anything. She simply let us make our own decisions. I have purchased from here before with the same results. I'll definitely continue to buy from this store.

The customer service received by David Barber was phenomenal! He took the time to search for the product I requested, he asked for my name to address me and stated his name; located the merchandise and let me know what store promotions were available, if I was interested. I appreciated the hospitality. A job well done. I will revisit The Ashley Store in Edwardsville!

Jacob was amazing! I have been looking for furniture for months and walked in thinking I would leave without finding anything. He asked me questions about what I was looking for and provided me ideas to look at. It was a painless event and I was truly happy when I left. I was able to find everything I was looking for! He is an asset to the store!
