They’re all friendly and make you feel at ease.nI’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist but now I don’t.nThe dentist lets you make decisions for treatments based on what they find and there’s no pressure.

The staff is polite and they try to be helpful. They seem to do the minimal when it comes to paperwork. I made my first appointment because I needed my teeth cleaned and a tooth filled. I made the appointment with Dr. Sones because they could use a water pick to clean my teeth. I requested it be done that way. They didn't write it down or tell anyone. I had to stop the cleaning because they started using metal. They gladly switched to the water pick. I talked about a night guard for grinding my teeth. They had me fill out the same paperwork twice that day. I was told I need to make things sound worse so insurance would approve. I thought I did. But they didn't want to help me or at least tell me what needed to be changed. They just handed me the paperwork and walked away. Then they tried to charge me $1,200 for the trays. They said Insurance will pay me back. When I started asking basic questions they tried to talk around them. Turns out it could take 6 months to get the refund if I get it at all. I told them to send the paperwork in and I will wait for the insurance to approve it. It's been over six month now and I have called my insurance several times and everytime they said they haven't received anything. When I call Dr. Sones they tell me they have sent it. I would have to request they re send it. On Several occasions I ask them to call my insurance. I have even told them to call my insurance. Nothing is getting done . Today I had to call my insurance and have them put my on 3way with Dr. Sones office. Turns out they where sending the paperwork to the wrong department. If they would have called just once like I asked them this would have been taken care of right away and my jaw wouldn't be hurting this bad today.nDr. Sones does a good job. So I will not give up on him yet. I will just have to look a lot closer at paperwork and when it comes to the insurance. I will have to take care of it as well.

Dr. Sones and staff are great. They are all so nice and welcoming, and it feels genuine not the forced fake nice like another dental place in town. I've always been able to get in quickly for appointments and rarely have to wait to be seen once I arrive. Everyone I've met here has been polite and professional and made me feel at ease. Even if you just need in for a quick question or peace of mind on something they can make it happen, take care of you quickly and give you a few laughs while they're at it. I took my daughter her at 1 year old also and they were fabulous with her. My whole family is happy with this office and would recommend it to anyone.
