I was refered here from my dentist to get a consultation. When I called, they said they werent sure they took my insurce and a consultation would be $75. When the exam alone is $125. They never told me the $75 was an estimate. The should really say the estimate is $125 because i was slamed with a bill after paying the $75.nnThey are outside of network on many insurances. Be careful.

They scheduled me for outside of business hours. Who does that?nThey called me the day before my followup procedure to notify me of this. I tried to reschedule but was told I would be put on a call list. I had tried this with them before. They had an appnt for the 24th of that month, but said I would get in faster waiting for a cancellation. So they declined to set up an appnt and put me on the call list. After 2 weeks with no call I called again and they had an appnt that had opened for the 19th. No one called to say there was a cancellation, had I not taken things into my own hands who knows when I would have been scheduled. I FINALLY get scheduled for my follow up procedure only to be told the day before that they 'accidentally' scheduled me outside of business hours. She said their hours had changed. Well, if that's the case why didn't they call me when the hours changed to get me rescheduled?nI've been without a front tooth for 6 weeks waiting on this root canal and now I have wait an additional 6 weeks bc they don't know how scheduling/business hours work.nOn top of that, his bedside manner was appalling. Towards the end of my procedure my anestheic wore off and I cried out when he touched a nerve. He chastized me for crying out. When I explained I was no longer numb I was met with cold, blank stares. If you value your oral health and time, don't waste it on this provider.

I had a root canal done to save a tooth. I am literally terrified of the Dentist due to bad experiences in the past. I had zero pain, he explained each step. Save your tooth and have the root canal!!
