Kids and I love coming here to shop and look around...with that being said...the older lady at the counter needs a different job or therapy. She got so mad for me not wanting to sign up for yearly membership...then she asked what free magazines I wanted to sign up for...i told her no thank you....she threw the paper at the computer screen she was so angry. Seriously what is wrong with some people. Maybe if membership was not $25 I would think about it. I would love to know the commission they receive to get people to sign up.

Wife bought some books here and upon checkout was told she could sign up for some FREE trial magazine subscriptions. She chose 3 that suit our family knowing we would likely cancel after the free trial. She never gave credit card details for the magazine trial and was never told her card details would be forwarded to another company. Several days later she got an email stating she would get her $190 PER MONTH subscription beginning the next day.nnThis is completely outrageous and your staff needs to be trained to properly explain what they are selling. We will never shop here, or any of your stores ever again.

They have a good variety of manga and an okay selection of fantasy and romance novels. Their main focus seems to be on best sellers and popular authors, but not so much on books that came out a few years ago. The staff seems friendly enough, but have a tendency to avoid customers.

Love this store. 1st time visit and was really impressed. Big selection of books. Good prices. I have a teenage daughter and the selection of books for her was amazing. Coffee shop in the back was really good as well. Will definitely go back.

A relaxing experience just to walk around and see all the options. Love the stationary and small gift area.
