This location is horribly slow. You sit in the drive thru for over 20 minutes because they are short staffed as well notl closing the line if there is someone in line doing all their banking that should be done inside.
Slowest service of any branch I've ever seen.
I've been banking with U.S. Bank for years now, and for the first time, I had to make a large withdrawal. This branch not only helped me to do this, they also gave me information on the benefits of different forms of savings accounts. Very helpful team here.
I thought the ATM machine was located outside at the drive-thru, but it's not. This location's ATM is inside the after-hours lobby, open to everyone.
This place is great -- every time that I have been here, the tellers have been super helpful, quick, and very courteous. Have come here for everything from simple deposits to open/closing accounts and Western Union.nnUS Bank is everywhere in Edwardsville and they have 24hr ATMs everywhere which I use nearly daily. This one is in a great spot and would recommend for your banking needs.
