I love this food so much that we eat it twice per week. The chef cooking is amazing. Also been to a number of events at the hall, great place.
It was a 5 star hotel experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very elegant, clean and up to date venue
We've been using GCC as our main source for prepared meals for many years. Carol is a terrific chef and we've never had a bad experience. Great food at prices that we can't beat if we prepare it ourselves. We highly recommend that you give them a try.

The glass banquet room is lovely, I would give it 4 stars. The downgrade was for the buffet they served at a wedding. I am fairly certain it was provided by the banquet center. NOTHING great about the buffet, in fact I thought the food was about like hospital food. They didn't put out enough butter for a table of 8. I would definitely not use their caterer, I would want to bring my own in.
