0 stars! This place ud83dude44I have a half trailer load and it has taken them so far 1 pallet every 30 minutes. 0400 appointment and still haven’t got it unloaded 4hrs later. Not sure what the problem is!
Has a real tight pu to delivery 0600. Arrived about 2100. Street parking available. Checked in at 0500. Got door immediately. Unloaded and paperwork in hand by 0715. Staff friendly, overall good experience. Other reviews say different. Guess it depends on what you hauling. I brought in paper rolls.
Just POs place....4-6 hours to unload easy load...stay away
I wish there is 0 stars. I was here five years a go and they told me it will take 36hrs ( yea thirty six hrs)to unload my trailer and can't drop must stay in truck. Took them 20hrs to unload.nToday five years later same thing only they faster now. It will take 10.5 hrs to unload me today. Got door at 5am for 6am delivery now is 1230 pm, about 50% was done receiving said. If you ever get load of VITAMIN don not pickup. U will be here for days waiting on empty trailer. Right now I fill like HOSTAGE. Good Luck.
Appointment time was for 6am. Checked in at 5:20 and was empty and receiving paperwork at 6:54am. Guard was nice on the phone and the ladies at check in/out window are nice.
