My family has been with Rigo's office for many years and we have had nothing but positive things to say about their service. They are always working with the local community and supporting local events, which is really cool! The prices are great, but the service is unbeatable!
Great customer service, helpful and knowledgeable about any questions asked. It's nice to be able to call Rigo & his team to answer questions or make changes without waiting on hold or bouncing through a bunch of automated phone menus.
I would highly recommend Rigo Chaparro State Farm to anybody! They will help you save money and the staff is very easy to work with as well as get ahold of. I personally deal with Cass and she is amazing to work with. I had an incident this year where I totalled my snowmobile and she was right on it making things happen faster than any other company I've dealt with. She also saved me more than a hundred dollars on my vehicle insurance! I would definitely recommend bundling you home, auto, and life insurance with them and I can guarantee they will save you money. Even if your not sure about switching, go see one of the staff members today and get a quote from them. You never know how much your getting ripped of until they come back with a quote that's significantly cheaper than the company your with right now! This place has been nothing but a JOKE! We have had issues from the beginning and it seems to be that no one cares to ACTUALLY help. It’s been 6 months and we still haven’t received permanent cards, they continuously send mail to the wrong addresses and expect us to find that mail, we signed up for direct withdrawals and there’s an issue every time! I am so fed up with the company!
