Great, well maintained older homes at a reasonable price. I just called them about a toilet, they were here to fix it in 10 minutes. Very friendly people. I highly recommend them.
The manager and staff are really rude, it's ran like a prison, When Covid hit we lost are jobs ran a little low on rent money, so they cut the water off which is wrong anyways had to call land of Lincoln to fix this problem, you can't have nothing outside your place or they come and remove it even if you aren't there. Stealing I think that is. I will not ever live here again.thank you
BEWAREnthe woman running the place does not accommodate service dogs, dogs who are trained to mitigate people's crippling disabilities. (im not talking about an emotional support dog, im talking about a $4000 task trained service dog)ndo not go here if you need an accommodation for a service dog or ESA.
Great place to live! I spent about 5 years here. Its quiet and well maintained. Great landlords as well.
Our A/C went out over the weekend, Tammy and Joe dropped everything to come out and diagnose it. They overnighted our part and gave us a place to stay so we didn't have to stay in a hot house.nThey will do whatever they can to make sure your home is in proper, working condition.
