Had a great experience with this business! They made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and went over all of my options first, was very honest. Everything was done neatly and had an amazing outcome! I would definitely recommend anyone to them in the future!
They were amazing to work with! From the day the demo started until the last day they went above and beyond. They would show me what they got done during each day and what would explain what they would be doing the next. If I had questions they answered them thoroughly so I knew what to expect. Came across a problem that we weren’t expecting and went and fixed it so no other problems would occur in the future. They will be the only contractors we use in the future.
I called to get a bid to put in a new window. First of all is his text he said the quote didn't include trim work.I asked him what he meant by that and he said exactly what I said it doesn't include trim work. I said well we will need trim work done because the new window is not the same size and he said well I'm not going to do it for free. I said I need a bid for the whole thing and he said it's not called a bid. Everything about him was so patronizing and narcissistic, no wonder he needed to put an add on Craigslist if this is how he treats his potential customers.
