My wife went in to rent a walker for me to use while incapacitated. Once my wife got the walker out to our vehicle she realized that this thing is filthy, and still has a name tag on it from the original owner. How can a pharmacy see no issue with renting out filthy equipment?

This place was the worst. I had the pharmacist tell me that he doesn’t have time to call patients back when the insurance doesn’t go through. I mean how unprofessional. You should keep a daily log of everyone that you couldn’t fill and call those people. I go in weeks later to get my prescription to find out it never got filled. This place is filled with employees but people don’t have time? The pharmacy tells me he doesn’t want my business and to go somewhere else. Okay that’s fine!nnThen I call and they tell me to get my prescriptions requested by Walmart. So walmart calls me and says that they don’t have but one of my prescriptions. So then I had to call The pharmacy for a second time, to find out why they told Walmart that I only have one prescription when I have three. Maybe you guys need more training on the front end. A pharmacy is not all about putting drugs into the correct bottles with the correct labels.
