Way to much ice in the drinks. Milkshake machines always down and took 15 minutes as the only customer. Food was good though.

There was no one here, we came in and the place was a mess and no workers to be seen we waited close to 10 mins and still didn't see workers so we hollered are you closed and someone came out. Covid had ruined cleanly standards in so many fat food places. They figure no one sees it if they are going threw the drive thru. Awful!!!

Food barely warm. Drove over 5 miles and decided to check the bag. My steak and cheese sandwich wasn't there. Turned around and drove back. Waited through the drive through line. The girl had my sandwich at the window. And she apologized. I informed her that would be 11 miles out of my way to fetch that sandwich. And I left with fries that were barely warm the first time. She offered new fries. Lol I told her I now probably had 2 cold sandwiches to go with the fries. By then I was a half hour late getting home. Warmed the food in the microwave. Very disappointed!nnSeptember 17th a district manager called and is checking into this problem. Says they have now moved some managers around and have some one new at the Vandalia Location, that has more experience. He was very nice and has offered to make things right.

Inaccurate order asked for no onions on my wrap and there were onions so no dinner for me tonight. Cheese sticks were hot and tasty which were better than most Arbys. Management took the time to address my concern which is all one could ask for which shows they care. Everyone makes mistakes so maybe they were just in a hurry to keep the line moving fast. Maybe I should be less picky. I’ll make it it a point to stop there my next time through and give them another chance.

Ordered Philly cheesesteaks the veggies were still frozen on the sandwich! We also ordered the cheddar & roast beef and my sandwich was also really cold, the only thing warm was the curly fries! I also ordered mozzarella sticks instead of curly fries didn’t get the mozzarella sticks got curly fries instead!!!
