Giving one-star simply due to an employee lacking the ability to follow simple instructions that they should not even need if they were made to familiarize themselves with their own menu. I ordered a combo WITH the 4.08 add-on for chips, drink, and a single cookie. I get the same thing every time yet this time it was close to a dollar extra. I told her twice I wanted the add-on that came with a cookie and yet she still could not comprehend my request and gave me the normal add-on without a cookie and separately added a cookie for .79 cents. It is not a money thing it is an attention to detail thing which she obviously lacks.

Paid 15.74 for a salad, diet coke, and water. Missing tomatoes, pickles, green peppers, onions, banana peppers, AND DRESSING. Absolutely no quality assurance on their orders. Called to see what they would offer to fix this and they said I needed to leave my job AGAIN to fix their mistake. In this day of electronic funds transfers and digital gift cards you would think someone would be able to offer something. And this is with the NEW management.

I ordered a sweet union chicken teriyaki. I asked for 6in wheat, american cheese, lettuce, cucumber and sweet onion sauce. There was NO sweet onion sauce. Defeats a sweet union chicken teriyaki.

Got my order wrong on the app, then the gentleman at the counter was rude and wanted to argue because I wanted my sandwich remade. Was sloppy with alot of mayo when I said No Mayo! Food is good but service is horrible.
