I use to have a fixed rate but they did not honor it this last stay. Im also the highest level wyndham rewards member but my room wasnt upgraded like it usually is. The room was dirty. There was ashes in the ice bucket. Chips on the floor. Cigarette burn holes in the blankets. Dirty floor. And to top it all off they had the chain lock removed from the door. I have 2 small children so I felt unsafe. I will NEVER bring my business back to super 8!!
Over charged us. Room is small and lacks amenities. Door lock busted so all can access.
The heat and water do not work correctly and would not do anything about it.
Nice place love the photos of Chicago above the beds
Staff is horrible! No customer service here!
