They have a wide variety of exercise machines and weights. Great place.to workout.
Squat machine is very comfortable to use. Stairmaster is very nice. Staff: Please take care of the equipment.
You don't feel pressured by anyone else that is working out. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I have to say I am happy to be back in the gym!
It is a great place to work out.
Very clean, staff is very cheerful and will give you your space. They also accept bcbsil insurance waivers which is a huge help
