I have never had a bad experience here. The staff and Dr Graham are always so nice and helpful.

46 days ago I called to reschedule my Appointment. My mom broke her hip and I had to be at the hospital. I gave Dr Grahams office a 5 day notice. They put me on a call list for cancellations. After a month I insisted I would like a real appointment since this call list isn't working. They won't schedule me until 7 months after my original appointment! You can be the best dentist but if I can't get an appointment or it is a real pain in the... to do so then you are just worthless. I have never missed a cleaning. Poor service!

Unlike the other review I'm always handed a reminder card with a sticker for my calendar and I get a phone call the day before my appointment. Normally show up 5 minutes early and am sat down within 15 minutes. Good place decent prices and a nice staff.
