Honestly a really nice place. I hope this evens out the rather rude 1 star rating someone else left, bc a place this well organized and comforting deserves it.
Anyone Else HATE the TOLEDO Library! I am Venting...that lady is so RUDE. I have lived here for 10 years less than a block away and I just refused to go there....I decided today that I would take the girls up to get a Library card so they could go get books to read over the summer. We barley walked into the door and it was an instant oh my someone walked in attitude. I inconvenience her by asking for 2 Library cards...remind you I had just been mowing my yard so my clothes are old an bleach stained...she then turns to my youngest whom has a sucker that she just earned and was eating it on the way...she turns to her RUDELY and says we need to get rid of your sucker...I mean we were standing by the desk I am here for cards...I am a mom I obviously know that suckers and books are no mix....I can see if my kids RAN in the Library and was acting up and my kid was all sticky but no she took one look at me and Judged me! I just cannot believe that this town has let this women be in the library for this long....UNBELIEVABLE!! Here is a pic of my lily After we walked back home...Yup I walked out and told her to forget it and she was like uuuuuhhhh..well suckers are not allowed and said well obviously children are not either...u are the Rudest Person!! Done Venting I will drive elsewhere!!!!
