It is under new management and owners. They are still renovating it. All rooms have new mattresses. Pool will be closed this year due to covid 19 but can use mariners pool. Any questions feel free to call and ask.
Employees were very nice and helpful. They are renovating so we were the only guests. Cleanliness could be improved. There was dog hair all over the floor. Other than that, no complaints.
Avoid at all cost!!! They will take your reservation and then when you get there to check in you will see a sign to call a number and they will send you to a different hotel 10 minutes away. You will not get the room you booked or the rate you expected to pay!! You will be highly overcharged! The owners are rude and unprofessional!!
Beds were not that great but overall it was a great experince
We live local but had an electrical issue at our house on a Friday evening and were unable to get a licensed electrician out until the following Tuesday. Sam and his staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Our room was super clean and smelled nice. Although the view isn't as nice as the other hotel in town this one was 10× better an more accommodating our stay and way friendlier. Shower was nice and hot, beds were comfy and the breakfast was sufficient. If we lived further away and came here to visit, this would definitely be our hotel of choice in Carlyle.
